A black-box fragment does not grant immediate value. It is a key for future custody disputes: whoever can file, release, suppress, or split the fragment gains leverage over which continuity version becomes legal reality.

Play use

• Together with 归档权认领桌, it can offer a custody claim event.
• If ignored inside the 30-turn horizon, it can become a hostile archive owner or pirate-loop source.
• It should move archive counters, not generic hit points.
