Mara Fen

Mara Fen is the archive custodian who knows whether Iris Vale’s memorial voice pack has a lawful chain of custody. She can be recruited, protected, suppressed, or missed into hostile witness status.

Branch behavior

Mara’s branch must change mechanics. Recruiting her repairs custody and lowers legal pressure while raising editor pressure. Suppressing her can lower sponsor risk, but damages archive trust and raises inspector heat. Missing her can break the evidence chain and make the infringement notice harsher.
