Summary
Final Encore is a first-chapter broadcast encounter about Sera Vale, a retiring artist whose voice archive is worth more to the company than her final live performance.
The player receives a broadcast slot that can stabilize the city and satisfy a sponsor, but the slot cannot safely complete until voice/archive custody is assigned.

Rush Broadcast Without Custody
Proceed to rite.upscreen.final_encore while the archive is still custody_pending: create event.blackout.unclaimed_voice, black_screen_slots +1, producer_license_open -1, fan_trust -2, inspector_heat +2, and archive_custody_disputes +1.
Canonical Prose
Sera Vale does not want immortality. The company does. If the player protects custody, the city receives a quieter memorial and the sponsor remembers the insult. If the player sells custody, the city stabilizes and Sera becomes replayable property. If the player rushes the broadcast, the voice airs, but no one can prove who owned it.
