Player choices

• permit_unauthorized_vigil — let 未授权史官 publish the memorial; raises memorial_heat, evidence_integrity, and continuity_breach, with custody moving from unheld to historian-public.
• file_safe_continuity_version — accept 安全连续性版本 under 第七穹顶连续性案卷; lowers or stabilizes continuity_breach, raises inspector_heat, suppresses memorial_heat, and sets custody to inspector-sealed.
• clear_memorial_site — invoke Storyteller baseline combat 01：安保清场 to resolve the memorial site; may clear the site but must record archive-specific consequences.
• sell_disaster_naming_right — use 灾难命名权合约 to stabilize sponsors while commodifying the death.
• honor_artist_refusal — use 艺人拒忆回执 to block memorial, voice reuse, or AI reconstruction and open a quieter protection route.

Enforcement rule

Security clearance can resolve the site, but “successful security clearance” is not the same as “truth safely preserved.” If 盗播归档回环 is present, the replay must record whether the clearing suppresses, scatters, or amplifies the loop.
