Schedule Contract Slots

档期契约 treats schedule cards as license-slot state, not generic quest HP. Accepting a contract occupies a producer-license slot and grants its advance permissions. Successful broadcast releases the occupied slot; missed delivery folds the contract into a black-screen accident that still occupies license capacity.
