Oxygen Archive Week

A dying artist’s final unreleased vocal archive can stabilize the city if broadcast as a memorial. A sponsor offers oxygen in exchange for ownership of the voice. A continuity inspector can block the broadcast. The editor can cut truth, lie, or route-split the archive. Fans can become a riot, vigil, choir, witness network, or route asset.

Scenario boundary

This is a 30-turn-or-shorter playable management slice for world-core. It should test whether broadcast reality, oxygen rationing, sponsor pressure, inspector pressure, editor labor, fan mobilization, and archive custody create visible local replay evidence.
