Screen Rights

Screen rights are Storyteller permissions that decide what a schedule contract can make real. This packet only binds two families to executable evidence:

• screen_right:staging allows the public on-screen presentation of a controlled scene.
• screen_right:construction allows a durable facility or built surface to become recognized reality.

Other right families remain future work. Rights are intentionally narrow: staging/construction does not imply naming, exit, archive custody, or romance-route authority. The current executable target is broadcast-license-first-contract.lens.
