Blackout Incidents

折档 is a consequence object. It is not flavour text and it does not erase pressure. A failed schedule contract folds into a blackout incident that remains on the board and occupies producer-license capacity.

Required fields

• folded_from: the schedule contract or route object that failed.
• occupied_slots: how many schedule slots remain scarred.
• pollutes_tags: tags pushed onto later options and route surfaces.
• spawned_event: the public accident or crisis event created by the fold.
• recovery_possible: none, costly, or route_only.

Recovery stance

Recovery may restructure timers, soften a route, or convert a hard blackout into blackout_under_restructuring, but it must not delete blackout pressure without visible cost.
