Broadcast Schedule
The broadcast schedule is producer-license capacity, not a soft pacing meter. The player may accept active schedule contracts because they grant permissions, resources, and access, but each accepted contract occupies a finite schedule_slot until it is completed or folded.
Schedule slots
- The producer license exposes finite
schedule_slots_total; the playable lens uses a total of 3 or more. - Active schedule contracts decrease
schedule_slots_freeand increaseschedule_slots_occupied. - Contracts carry visible
contract_timercountdowns. - Completing a contract releases its occupied slot.
- Expired contracts become Blackout Incidents and continue occupying capacity.
Forced main-slot fail state
If a forced main-slot arrival occurs while no free schedule slot exists, the run must enter a visible crisis or fail state instead of silently creating extra capacity. This keeps 档期格 as HP: pressure is expressed by occupied slots, folded accidents, and blocked contract offers.
