Yu Lan / 郁蓝
郁蓝 is the fan-side unauthorized historian: not a “crazy fan” flavor NPC, but a frighteningly accurate memory worker who can preserve evidence outside company custody.
Function
She connects fan labor, oxygen accounts, grief debt, and unauthorized archive authorship. Her value is not loyalty; her value is that she can produce a non-company memory chain.
First encounter
She should become visible around the fan oxygen / quota / archive-signature arc, especially:

Miss / recruit logic
If the player suppresses fan signatures, suppresses memorials, or repeatedly packages fan labor as company assets, 郁蓝 should become hostile or vanish into illegal fan infrastructure.
She can become an unstable route asset when the player preserves fan evidence, allows debt/signature to enter the archive, and resists pure sponsor/company absorption.
